Upload Excel to Google Sheets
Go to sheets.google.com → File → Import → upload Final_Umpire_Rating_System.xlsx. Keep the tab named "Final Rating Dashboard" exactly.

Make it publicly readable
Share → "Anyone with the link" → set to Viewer → Done.
